Pure Hot Yoga

Saturday

Authentic. Breath Centered. Movement From The Soul.

This slower-paced practice is all about bringing us back to the roots of yoga. The music used will help you connect to your inner authenticity. A few moments with no music will help you to connect with your breath. The heat* will help you find a deep, pure connection to your mind, body and soul.

*This is not a dry heat. A humidifier will be used in this class. Room temp for this class is 95 degrees.

Restorative Yoga

Monday

9:30 am

Wednesday

7:15 pm

Saturday

12:15 pm

In today's fast-paced world of stress and over-stimulation, it is so vital to also take time to relax. Restorative Yoga is designed to activate your body's "rest and digest" functions, giving your nervous system the opportunity rebalance, restore, and recharge. This style of yoga may also help to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression, lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and boost immunity.

This class is made up of floor poses, each completely supported by props. You will be given ~5-15 minutes to let go and relax in each pose.

Slow Flow (Warm)

Saturday

11:00 am

Let's move! This practice uses the foundations of Slow Yoga (held postures/held focus) and adds slow movement linked with breath. Begin to seamlessly connect one posture to the next to build a flowing practice. This practice promotes expression and freedom in a warm room (80 degrees).

Slow Yoga

Tuesday

9:30 am

Thursday

9:30 am

Friday

9:00 am

In this class you will be given space and time to slow down. With held postures and held focus, you can begin to physically and emotionally align yourself. Slow Yoga can be a highly beneficial practice for anyone looking to build strength, focus, and awareness. (all levels Hatha class)

Tween Yogis (ages 8-12)

Sunday

10:30 am

This 45 minute class is for children 8-12 years old. The children will improve strength, balance, attention, and coordination through fun yoga games, challenging yoga sequences, as well as partner and group poses. They will learn stress management and relaxation techniques, along with mindfulness through crafts and journaling.

Class will also teach students about the importance of showing kindness towards themselves and others, and will offer the opportunity to have open conversations about real-life topics. This class is a great way to help your child build self-esteem in a non-competitive, supportive environment.

Vinyasa Flow

Monday

6:00 pm

Thursday

7:15 pm

The word “Vinyasa” means “to place in a specialized way.” In Vinyasa Flow, we bring awareness to the way we place our bodies within each movement, letting the breath guide the way as we flow from pose to pose. This is a faster-paced all levels class.

Yin Yoga

Sunday

8:15 am

Thursday

6:00 pm

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that promotes mindfulness, joint health, and flexibility. It can be a powerful tool to help manage stress and anxiety, and may also help with hip and back pain.

Each seated or reclined pose is held passively for an average of 3-5 minutes. Because the muscles are relaxed, the stretch reaches the deeper levels of the body's connective tissues, including fascia, tendons, and ligaments. Time spent in each pose also helps develop mindfulness and patience.
